Position SummaryThe Supply Chain Coordinator (SCC) plays a crucial role in supporting the Product Supply Chain Managers to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of finished goods. This role involves managing the end-to-end supply chain processes, from project initiation to go-live, with a focus on inventory optimization and proactive problem-solving. The SCC will collaborate across multiple teams, drive new initiatives, and provide strategic support to streamline operations, ensuring all aspects of the supply chain are thoroughly managed.Essential Functions and AccountabilitiesAssist in enhancing supply chain performance by identifying challenges, implementing improvements, and ensuring smooth daily operations.Cultivate strong working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless supply chain processes.Create, submit, and track reworks as necessary to resolve supply chain issues efficiently and maintain product quality.Manage and monitor inbound and outbound transfer orders and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery for both US and Canadian anize and manage various aspects of supply chain activities, promoting effective communication and collaboration among teams.Offer insights, recommendations, and strategic advice to support decision-making and successful project execution.Enhance visibility and accessibility of critical information, ensuring all project components are aligned and executed smoothly.Oversee the management of intercompany transfers, ensuring proper adjustments and communication between organizations.Coordinate meeting schedules, prepare agendas, and document key takeaways to maintain clarity and direction in project execution.Provide timely status updates on active projects via emails and during weekly meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed.Execute other tasks as assigned to support the broader supply chain operations.Education and Experience Requirements1-3 years of experience in supply chain operations.Preferred Qualifications Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to identify inconsistencies and errors.Self-starter with expertise in planning, scheduling, and managing project communications.Effective team player with experience in both in-person and remote collaboration settings.Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards under pressure.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience in supply chain management.Familiarity with Oracle or ERP systems is a plus.
