Structor Group, Inc. is seeking a hardworking, reliable, and dedicated associate to be part of our team.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Planning and implementing of site logisticsPosting all appropriate permits and signage as required by lawProvide direction and oversight for subcontractor daily activitiesDrive project schedule and coordinate with subcontractorsCreate 3-week look ahead and distribute to subcontractors and Project ManagerCreate daily logs and upload pictures to ProCoreSend weekly timesheets to office by the deadline every weekConduct weekly toolbox talks with onsite personnelEnsure overall quality control of the projectMaintain jobsite cleanliness throughout construction processKeep all SG tools and trucks in good, clean working conditionResponsible for all building inspectionsEnsure all safety regulations, PPE and OSHA protocol is followedEnsure that ALL punch list items are completed in a timely mannerThis job description is intended to outline those functions typically performed by individuals assigned to this position.
