Reporting to the Chief People Officer based in Israel, this role will be an essential part of the HR leadership team.Who You Are:We are seeking a driven, experienced, and knowledgeable HRBP who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Who adapt quickly to high-growth challenges and are passionate about tackling a range of problems while maintaining a calm and proactive approach. You bring a hands-on mindset to get things done efficiently, are highly organized, and excel at building strong relationships with both employees and leaders.Also required experience in implementing HR processes, familiar with best practices and US and LATAM (advantage) employer relationships.We are highly focused on creating the best work environment for our team and seek a creative leader to help shape a truly unique employee experience.As a Member of the HR Leadership Team:You will work closely with HR peers to design and implement new initiatives, methods, and processes that support growth and enhance the work environment.
