We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Acquisition Analyst to join a dynamic real estate investment firm in Miami. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in financial analysis within the real estate sector, particularly focused on industrial and commercial properties. This role is primarily on-site in Coral Gables, with an option for a hybrid schedule. The analyst will be involved in various aspects of real estate projects, including asset management, financial modeling, and cash flow analysis, with a focus on investments in South Florida.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive financial analysis for real estate acquisition opportunities, including cash flow modeling, investment return assessments, and scenario analysis.Prepare and present monthly financial reports to senior management and key stakeholders.Develop and maintain automated Excel models for accurate forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.Perform market research and analysis to support strategic acquisition and investment decisions.Participate in due diligence activities for potential acquisitions, including site visits, financial evaluations, and risk assessments.Monitor and manage the performance of existing assets, providing recommendations to enhance returns and mitigate risks.Collaborate with project management teams during the development and operational phases of real estate municate effectively with banks, investors, and partners, with a strong preference for candidates fluent in Portuguese.Travel as required to visit project sites and engage with relevant stakeholders.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience in real estate financial analysis or a similar role as a financial analyst.Proficiency in cash flow modeling, financial analysis, and automating Excel processes.Strong knowledge of industrial and commercial real estate markets in South Florida and Orlando.Bilingual proficiency in English, with Portuguese language skills required.Ability to work on-site in Coral Gables, with an optional hybrid scheduleHands-on approach with a proactive attitude toward overcoming challenges and pensation:Competitive base salary based on experience, plus performance-based prehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
