Qualifications:Education:PhD or Master's degree in Ophthalmology or a related field, with extensive experience in ocular research.Experience:Proven experience in vivarium responsibilities, including non-clinical ocular imaging, animal handling, intravitreal injections, eye dissection, and tissue perfusion.Hands-on experience managing samples from in vivo studies.Basic wet lab skills in molecular biology and biochemistry techniques, including DNARNA extraction, lysate preparation, qPCR, protein quantification, and techniques such as Western blot (WESJESS) and ELISA.Experience in evaluating various test modalities (e.g., small molecules, large molecules, oligonucleotides) in vitro is highly desirable.Experience in generating novel cell models andor developing immunoassays is a plusIt requires someone who are local to Massachusetts
