Casino Project Concrete Structures Specialist - Charlotte, NCRole: Project ManagerSalary: $165-185k base attractive benefits per diemLocation: Charlotte, NCDo you have a passion for intricate concrete structures and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget? If so, we want to hear from you. Are you passionate about delivering intricate concrete structures on time and within budget? Do you have a proven track record of managing complex cast-in-place, precast, and transfer beam projects?If so, our client would like to hear from you in connection to an iconic casino project in Charlotte, this critical role, you'll be a specialist in your field, assisting the construction in the following areas: This includes:Responsible for oversight of precast and transfer beam construction, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and quality control.Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, subcontractors, superintendents and wider leadership to ensure project alignment and timely completion.Develop and implement a comprehensive quality control plan for precast and transfer beam fabrication and erection.Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.Maintain clear and concise project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals to achieve project goals.Adopt a safe and productive work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, (not essential).Minimum 12-15 years of experience in project management within the concrete construction industry, with expertise in precast, cast-in-place, and transfer beam construction methods being hugely beneficial.Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex construction -depth knowledge of building codes and safety regulations related to concrete construction.Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.Will have some proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced collaborative environment.A valid driver's license.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package available.Opportunity to work on a high-profile and exciting project in the hospitality sector.Career development opportunities with one of the leaders in the industry.To Apply:Please submit your application to a great team and be a part of building something truly remarkable! #BuildingGreatTeamsTogether
