Job Title: ProjectProgram Manager II Job Type: Contract Site Type: Hybrid (Culver City, CA) Duration: 6 Months Job Overview: We are hiring a full-time Account Manager to join the Ad Sales team. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in the success of our team by strategically building sales plans, accurately processing orders, and optimizing ongoing campaigns in a fast-paced sales environment. You will use your excellent communication skills and solution-oriented critical thinking to interact with clients and podcast hosts to find beneficial alignments. Your attention to detail will ensure that information shared internally and externally is accurate and polished. As part of a leading company in a quickly evolving industry, you will take part in setting new standards and processes for the future of podcasting.Job Responsibilities: Work closely with Account Executives to assist in all aspects of the pre-sale cycleBuild client presentations, media schedules, RFPs, and post-campaign recapsInput planning details and process insertion orders in the order management systemUnderstand company best practices and policies and ensure orders adhere to themPartner with Ad Operations to ensure successful campaign executionMonitor campaign performance and work with client and internal teams to optimizeWork with the Finance team to resolve invoicing questionsManage pre-sale communication with podcast hostTake ownership of sales operations projectsJob Requirements: 2 years of experience working with media (selling or buying) - could be a buyer from an agency or sales team from a publisher - don't have to be in podcast - TV, radio, film are OKExperience with broadcast, audio, or digital salesFamiliarity with the concepts of media buying (KPIs, CPMs, etc.) and a general understanding of the sales processExperience with Microsoft ExcelGoogle Sheets, PowerPointExperience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance driversExperience in client-facing rolesPrecise attention to detail with excellent accountability and follow-throughFluent written and verbal communicationDexterity with Google Sheets and PowerPointAbility to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment with shifting prioritiesResourceful and solution-orientedExperience using OMSCRM softwarePassion for podcasts
