You will be reporting to the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations. This role requires a professional with a global perspective and a proven ability to inspire high-performing, cross-functional teams. You will play a crucial role in responding to our prospects and customers' RFX requests, ensuring our proposals are compelling and aligned with our strategic goals, whilst delivering against the original brief.Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for assigned RFX pursuits, coordinating cross-functional teams to address content gaps and transform knowledge into customer-facing proposals.Collaborate closely with commercial teams to integrate key messages that effectively communicate our value proposition.Work with marketing and design teams to create visually engaging materials that enhance our proposal messaging.Ensure compliance with RFX requirements and serve as the primary liaison for response efforts.Analyze RFX trends to generate insights that inform future decision-making.Research and compile essential company information, technical product details, and other materials for our knowledge management repository.Develop and maintain templates that allow for professional, timely, and consistent RFX responses.Prepare content to support presentation teams, ensuring that messaging is aligned with proposals.Continuously assess and refine the RFX process to adapt to emerging trends and needs.Provide training and resources for staff involved in bid production, fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.Required Qualifications - About you We seek candidates who possess the following qualifications, skills, and attributes:Exceptional organizational skills, strong work ethic, and meticulous attention to detail.Proven experience in project management, utilizing relevant tools and methodologies.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.Proactive self-starter and collaborative team player who thrives under pressure and consistently follows through on commitments.Strong analytical skills to interpret client RFX documents and identify critical requirements.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with procurement-led online portals for the completion and submission of RFX responses.Experience with CRM applications, particularly Salesforce.Highly DesiredBachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.A minimum of 3+ years of experience in proposal management within a B2B or professional services environment.Skills & Personal CharacteristicsOwnershipCareInnovationAbout PROS:PROS Holdings, Inc.
