Entertainment Associate Attorney

Founded in 1977, Jackoway Austen Tyerman Wertheimer Mandelbaum Morris Bernstein Trattner Auerbach Hynick Jaime LeVine Sample & Klein is one of the premier boutique entertainment law firms in the country. Our attorneys work closely together in a supportive and collaborative environment to provide our clients with exceptional legal services.We are seeking an Associate with 3 to 5 years of experience working on entertainment transactions in film, television, and streamingdigital media, preferably representing talent.  Our ideal candidate has superior critical thinking, communication, negotiation, and drafting skills, including reviewing and preparing comments to long form agreements. The position requires attention to detail, keen judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.  Candidate must be an active member of and in good standing with the California State Bar.  The pay range for this position is $125,000-$250,000 per year, depending on experience. Attorneys are expected to work in office a minimum of 3 days a week (generally, Tuesday-Thursday).Qualified candidates should e-mail a cover letter, resume and law school transcript to Scott Mitchell at .
