Senior Procurement Specialist

Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships.Duties- Utilize MRP systems to manage materials procurement- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure advantageous terms- Oversee the end-to-end procurement process from sourcing to delivery- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs- Manage and maintain supplier relationships- Monitor market trends to ensure competitive pricing- Utilize Oracle EBS or similar systems for procurement activities- Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of materials- Evaluate supplier performance and implement improvement strategiesRequirements- Proven experience in procurement, contract management, and negotiation- Strong knowledge of materials management and supply chain processes- Ability to procure materials at the best price without compromising quality- Proficiency in Oracle EBS or similar procurement systems- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to fabricate effective procurement strategies based on market analysis
