We recognize hard work, and we reward performance.Position Overview: The Senior HR Generalist is an integral part of our growing HR Team. You will be responsible for providing day-to-day operational support, serving as the primary HR contact for onsite and remote employees, and collaborating on HR functions including employee relations, performance appraisals, payroll, and compliance. Help shape our company culture, enhance employee engagement, and drive growth. Responsibilities:Provide administration of HR programs inclusive of onboarding, offboarding, status changes, compensation changes, payroll processing, and other programs.Address employee questions and concerns, resolving timely and effectively, escalating and following up as appropriate.Manage disciplinary matters and disputes, including investigations, documenting write ups, performance improvement plans, coaching, and follow up.Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations, company policies and recommended best practices.Manage leaves of absence including employee consultations, documentation, and tracking.Lead occupational health and safety practices across the organization, including training efforts and workers compensation administration. Collaborate on the development and implementation of HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization.Maintain a talent management program inclusive of performance appraisals, bonus plans, and merit process that drives accountability and career development.Assist in the development and administration of an internal training program; ensure compliance and documentation of required trainingPrepare and file government requirements including EEO-1, VETS-4212, ACA, Affirmative Action Plans, census filings, and other required reporting.Administer the benefits program including enrollments, qualifying events, and open enrollment.Assess training needs and monitor training programs.Prepare and analyze regular HR metrics.Requirements and Skills:Bachelor's degree andor HR certification preferredProven working experience as HR Generalist or similarIn-depth knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations, best practices, HR metrics, and HR systemsAbility to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentialityExcellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skillsExcellent organization skills, time management, and attention to detailStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsWilling and able to occasionally travel to meet business needsU.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident Status requiredBenefits: MQC offers comprehensive benefits including:Competitive salary Benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and 401(k)Opportunities for professional development and career advancementA collaborative and innovative work environmentWe are an Equal Opportunity EmployerWe are an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
