Financial Services Representative-Inbound SupportPay Rate: $19hr.Hybrid Work Schedule. MondayFridays WFH and TuesWedThurs in office - 1000 Yard St Grandview Heights, OH 43212.Office Hours: 8am - 8pm Mon - Fri. Candidates will be scheduled for a 38.75 work week5 weeks paid training - 10-6:30 Monday - FridayHealth Benefits and weekly pay!Career growth opportunities after 12 months with pay increase!Paid SERIES 6 LICENSE!Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, Insurance, Economics, and Communications preferred!Join the Financial Services team that assists participants, plan sponsors and brokers with account maintenance and answering general questions about planning for retirement.ResponsibilitiesFielding an average of 50 - 60 inbound private client calls per day from members, plan sponsors and brokers regarding Financial Services and Retirement planning; discussing plan options and updating account terpret and apply all changes and enhancements to new and old productsCross-sells unfamiliar product line to support strategy of all business lines meeting goalsIdentifies the root cause to proactively offer consultative expertise and uncover the unstated needMaintains a documented record of conversations to best learn from customersUtilizes virtual technology and social media to enhance customer, financial advisor, and agent experienceFollows all rules and regulations to ensure compliance.What you need:Have a consultative sales aptitude and enjoy interacting with customers and helping othersFinancial services experience is a plus, but not necessaryHighly engaged, grateful, and humble attitudeExcellent verbal and written communicationsProficiency with computers and common office softwareEducation: High school diploma or equivalent required.
