LHH is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Administrative Support Specialist for a contract-to-hire position. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to learn. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and supporting various departments. This position is hybrid in Charlotte, NC.Key Responsibilities:Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing emails, and scheduling appointments.Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.Coordinate meetings and events, including arranging logistics and preparing materials.Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well-organized.Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Pay is $18-20hr
