Senior Superintendent

Your new company Hays are working with a well-established Commercial GC, who have been in business for more than 100 years and provides top-tier commercial construction, construction management, design-build, and self-perform services and are 100% employee owned. Your new role We are actively looking to hire a Senior Superintendent to oversee the construction of a large $80M multifamily podium project in Charlotte, NC. You must have experience with Procore and P6 to be considered for the position.What you'll need to succeed Extensive field construction experience at supervisory level (Minimum 8 years as Superintendent). P6 experience.Wood frame experience.Working knowledge of all crafts (ability to read and understand specifications for all trades).Knowledge of OSHA laws.Knowledge of job scheduling, planning, expediting and cost control. Ability in problem-solving.
