Regional Analyst

ECS is seeking a Regional Analyst - Journeyman to work in our Arnold, MO office. The contractor will provide support to the customer's assembly workflow process. This involves receiving MC&G/FG/SoN from NGA, NSG and ASG members and vendors and through a series of steps prepare the files for ingest into the Print on Demand (PoD) web service interface. Attend meetings with NGA government personnel when requested. Ensure quality of final products and their applicable specifications to meet end product guidelines. Interact with internal and external production offices, contractors, customers and stakeholders to provide expert production management of printing processes. - Must be a US Citizen per contract and possess an existing active TS/SCI level security clearance; ability to obtain TS/SCI-CI Poly -Demonstrated ability to utilize databases, data storage processes, data management principles and practices. -Demonstrated experience applying: Product specifications, data file formats, and data standards; Data conversion tools and converting tools to different formats; Data extraction, analysis and finishing of in-house, co-production, commodity and contractually produced map and charts. -Understanding of concepts of print to include color separation, grid layouts, and master pages. -Demonstrated ability to learn digital design platforms. -Demonstrated experience with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop Illustrator. -Demonstrated knowledge of Voyager/GeoSQRL to identify and validate series, sheet numbers and NRN's within a series.
