Responsibilities and Duties Prep, set up, and work the grill station Maintain product presentation, quality, portion, and cook time standards Practice sanitary and safe food handling in accordance to state board of health regulations Slice and chop meat, cheese, & other necessary food products Maintain proper food inventories in both the station and walk-in & freezer Communicate with servers/cashiers in a professional manner regarding customer orders Clean and sanitize the work area throughout the shift Clean, sanitize, and turn off equipment at the end of the night Complete daily and weekly cleaning projects Other additional tasks management may need assistance with Qualifications & Requirements Ability to place items on high and low shelves Ability to stand for long periods of times Capable of using knives, slicing equipment, and other preparation materials Carry objects up to 50 pounds Ability to wipe high and low shelves, pick up debris off the floor, sweep floor in station
