Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst Location: Beaverton, OR (97006) / Hybrid Employment Type: 6 Week w2 Contract (No C2C or Sponsorship Available) Job Description: Talent Groups is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) for a 6-week contract opportunity. This project is focused on risk mitigation, addressing gaps in documentation, and enhancing a financial services organizations understanding of its systems. This is a fast-paced, short-term role designed to jumpstart efforts in organizing and utilizing existing resources. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who can quickly assess complex environments, tie together high-level documentation, and work with enterprise architecture repositories. This role is crucial for mitigating risks and ensuring clarity in how current documentation is used. Key Responsibilities: Lead risk mitigation efforts by identifying gaps in documentation and creating high-level, cohesive documentation. Navigate through enterprise architecture repositories to organize and make sense of existing documentation (experience with tools like LeanIX is a plus, but not required). Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the documentation meets business needs and improves operational clarity. Focus on utilizing and enhancing existing documentation for greater efficiency and understanding. Understand Microsoft technologies, particularly Azure, and how to document complex infrastructure systems. Requirements: Senior-level experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in risk mitigation and systems thinking. Expertise in documenting Microsoft technologies, especially in complex infrastructure environments. Experience in highly regulated industries such as banking, healthcare, or manufacturing is a plus. Proven ability to jump into a complex environment, understand it quickly, and deliver results with minimal guidance.
