Delivery & Training Manager - Party Rentals

Job Type Full-time Description Five Little Monkeys - the Bounce House, Water Slide & Tent Rental Specialists - is a Livonia-based party rental company. We are seeking an energetic and reliable FULL-TIME Party Rental Delivery and Training Manager to plan delivery routes and manage crew members in the preparation, loading, delivery, setup, pickup and unloading of rental equipment, including inflatables (bounce houses, water slides, obstacle courses, etc.), tents, and other party rental inventory. Saturday availability in summer is a must Requirements Tasks & Responsibilities: - Route planning and delivery scheduling using company's inventory management software, and scheduling crew members accordingly using company's scheduling software. - Oversee crew members with preparation, loading and unloading of party rental equipment at warehouse in Livonia. - Working with Office Manager to recruit and train new hires to ensure adequate, well-trained staff is available to meet upcoming delivery demands. - Manage crew members to meet aggressive delivery schedules, ensuring safe setups and on-time delivery to customers. - Ensuring crew members explain rental agreements, operating instructions, and cleaning policies properly, and are able to answer most customer questions on-site. - Working with Office Manager to address certain customer-related issues before, during and after events. - Working with Warehouse & Maintenance Supervisor to assess any equipment damages and address issues with crew members or customers accordingly. Skills & Qualifications: - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Solid communication and problem-solving skills. - Clean-cut appearance and professionalism in front of customers and crew members. - Experience with inflatables and/or tents is not required but is a plus. - Forklift experience not required but is a plus - Valid driver's license required with ability to drive commercial vehicles (or willingness to learn how, with training and certification to be provided by the company). Salary Description $45,000-$55,000
