High Performing CDJR Service Department has a rare opportunity to manage and grow the Robinson location as a Service Manager! Starting at $100k! Service Manager's daily job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Managing and overseeing the service department and service employees Monitoring technicians' daily productivity reports and preparing corresponding payroll records Hiring and training new service personnel Forecasting goals and objectives for the department and striving to meet or exceed them Maintaining clean factory and extended warranty schedules Coordinating with other departmental managers within the company Ensuring manufacturer and dealership training is upheld inside the entire service department Managing customer relations while maintaining satisfactory CSI as per manufacturer guidelines Working with vendors to create service promotions and maintain service programs The most important part of the job is customer service! The ideal candidate should possess: Experience in the position of service manager or a similar position in the automotive industry Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Current Driver's License with satisfactory DMV driving record Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and make informed decisions to improve service operations. Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with dealership management software, inventory management systems, and other relevant computer applications. Financial Acumen: Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and implement cost-control measures.
