Responsibilities: Peraton is seeking a Vice President of Strategy to lead development and execution of strategic planning and engagement for our Citizen Security and Public Services Sector (CS&PS). The successful candidate will be a collaborative partner to the Citizen Security & Public Services President and the leadership team. You will lead organizational transformation and drive engagement across our customers and teams to deliver Peratons commitment to client mission success and organizational growth. Responsibilities to include, but not limited to: The successful candidate will be a collaborative partner to the Citizen Security & Public Services President and the leadership team to develop comprehensive strategic plans to advance Peratons mission and objectives, and to drive revenue growth and profitability. Develop and lead CS&PS through a strategy development process that orients the sector around compelling Peraton offerings that generate near and long-term actions, and fosters alignment across the Peraton enterprise Drive planning, priorities and initiatives including account planning, deal prioritization, customer engagement strategies, and internal and external communication plans. Lead strategic business reviews and planning sessions Support and as warranted, refine, CS&PSs established annual and/or multi-year business planning processes and outputs (e.g., revenue forecasting, people growth) Coordinate and participate in CS&PS communications across customers, partners and industry organizations that ensures consistent messaging, increases capability and brand awareness, and further positions Peraton as the leader in delivering critical mission IT outcomes. Develop and implement an approach for identifying, qualifying, and engaging with partner organizations, and support business unit efforts to enter or scale strategic partnerships Lead independent assessments, drive on-contract growth by leveraging corporate and CS&PS thought leaders for both innovation, and engagement to resolve program issues Facilitate communication and partnership between Peraton sectors, growth teams and the delivery line, promoting collaboration and increase speed to deliver Execute on CS&PS priorities in a dynamic and fluid environment Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or relevant field Must be a U.S. citizen A minimum of 20 years of experience successfully selling and delivering mission critical IT programs in government Ability to hold both public trust and DOD clearance up to TS Deep understanding of Federal agencies missions and experience delivering a broad range of services, solutions, and technology to clients Proven ability to develop strategic plans that are tightly aligned to accounts, opportunities and Peraton capabilities that produce results Experience collaborating across senior government IT and mission operators to align priorities to legislative actions and trends in acquisition strategies Ability to engage at all levels of the organization - quickly developing trust, collaborating, and driving actions A proven track record of delivering high-value results for Clients with limited direction in mission environments with fluid priorities High-energy, strategic problem solver with excellent judgment and a passion for our customers mission Ability to work with and lead cross-functional teams Effective communication skills Peraton Overview: Peraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy. Target Salary Range: $190,000 - $304,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
