Description Home Search Jobs Job Description Technical Support Specialist Contract: phoenix, Arizona, US Salary: $20.00 Per Hour Job Code: End Date: Days Left: 8 days, 3 hours left Apply Position Details: Client: Banking Job Title: Technical Support I Duration: 12 months contract (higher extension possibility, based upon performance) Location: Chandler AZ Shift: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 5 PM Pay Range: $19/hr to $20/hr Position Summary: Internal Employee Technology Support role for a global user-base. Role involves basic troubleshooting of MS applications and proprietary system via phone. Desired experience in MS Office application suitehow to, in addition to troubleshooting. Candidate should have excellent customer service skills. In-house training will be conducted. Technologies may include, but not limited to: Windows 10/11, MS Office, iOS (iPad/iPhone), and ticketing systems. Desired Skills: Technology Call Center and or Customer Service experience desired. Ability to utilize multiple resources to determine causes and resolutions of technology problems and incidents. Ability to consistently meet or exceed performance targets and goals correlated with call handling and customer service.
