IT Infrastructure Administrator (Onsite)

We are unable to sponsor at this time.* Overview This role involves the management and support of IT infrastructure, with responsibilities spanning server administration, network management, and cybersecurity. The candidate will collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure system performance, security, and alignment with business needs. Working within a dynamic IT department, the role requires multitasking, problem-solving, and strategic input. Key Responsibilities Administer and support Microsoft servers in a virtual environment, as well as VMware, Nutanix, and Citrix systems. Implement and manage cybersecurity tools and ensure patching compliance. Manage phone systems and backups, using tools like Commvault and Veeam. Monitor server and network health, ensuring optimal performance and addressing any service-level issues. Administer core infrastructure components such as Domain Controllers, DHCP, DNS, and Group Policy. Maintain vendor relationships, ensuring projects are completed on time and documented properly. Contribute to IT strategic planning, focusing on growth and scalability. Conduct root cause analysis for operational issues and implement solutions. Maintain accurate documentation of changes, updates, and processes. Provide escalation support and assist in troubleshooting outside of regular duties.
