Sales Manager-Southeast Region Fives DyAG Corp. is looking for a Sales Manager to join our team based out of our Greer, SC office for our SE region. Our preference is to find someone local to the Greer/Greenville, SC area but would be open to a qualified candidate located within the region. The Sales Manager will be responsible for all aspects of business dealings with customers; ensuring their satisfaction and communicating all relative information between the customer and Fives DyAG Corp. Voice of the customer to FDC Management and voice of FDC to the customer. Responsible to grow the Greenville office, with a broad focus on Southeastern USA. Should be open to target multiple industry verticals where Industrial Automation and IT applications are key drivers for the customer. The Southeast Region covers AL, FL, GA, KY, MS, NC, SC, TN, VA, WV. Responsibilities: Build and maintain customer relationships though in-person, onsite visits and direct phone calls Construct, recommend, and deliver customer equipment perspectives/quotations to operations. Develop and maintain an accurate client customer base list with scheduled plant visits. Direct, coordinate, and interface with the customer quotations that meet their specifications with the assistance of Operations. Interface with Program Managers to ensure customer equipment deliver, runoff, simultaneous engineering, and quality processing. Assist/guide equipment runoff at Fives DyAG Corp. and customer's plant. Direct responsibility for customer purchase order financials, collections on equipment, and services with monthly status reports. Create/conduct customer presentations and plant tours with trade show attendance. Direct responsibility for program contract change, OCR's and financials. Authorize, distribute and reconcile including program final documentation. Report significant events, personnel changes, competitor influences, and technological advancement at customer plants and facilities. Record and maintain program memos, letters, correspondences, etc. Produce budgetary quotation write-ups and process sketches, concept designs. Responsible for monthly expenses. Direct, develop, and recommend new business sections and technical equipment advances for the division. Provide accurate forecasting. Provide customer satisfaction survey results. Provide appropriate levels of entertainment to develop customer relationships. Maintain appropriate credentials for international travel. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary and competitive information and intellectual property of customers and Fives DyAG Corp. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree from four-year College or university, equivalent and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. 5 years related experience in automation controls, automation retrofit and design, engineering services and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. PLC, robot, and/or machine vision related experience in automation controls design, automation retrofit, engineering services and/or training preferred. Effective Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
