Supervise, instruct, and mentor junior employees while providing leadership and direction to all members of the Team. Oversee project costs and work with Operations Manager to effectively keep the projects in budget on time while meeting quality standards. Assist with scope development when needed. Develop estimates for proposals. Skill Sets Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment. Strong technical writing skills. Experience in piping, process, and equipment design in an industrial environment. Experience with processing water and gas systems is a plus. Capable of preparing layout and design of complex piping systems. Plant Layout background preferred.
