Responsibilities: • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. • Manage, coach, and motivate Inside Sales to meet and exceed sales quotas. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, and engineering to ensure alignment with sales efforts and overall company objectives. • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management. • Oversee and manage all aspects of trade shows, conferences, and other industry events. • Continuously monitor and evaluate sales performance, adjusting as needed to improve results. • Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures. • Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics. • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product and/or service. • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth. • Works closely with VP of Sales to develop and execute promotions and marketing campaigns. • Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners. Works closely with VP of Sales to set annual sales goals and quotas. • Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities. Qualifications: • Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address customer needs. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. • Excellent leadership skills to motivate and manage Inside Sales team members. • Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. • Proficiency in sales forecasting, budgeting, and data analysis. • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions. • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Education and Experience: • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field. An associate degree with relevant experience may be considered. • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in manufacturing or product sales. • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Ability to manage and motivate others. Prior leadership or management experience. • Strong knowledge of sales processes, techniques, and customer relationship management. • Familiarity with manufacturing processes, products, and industry trends. • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail. • Light travel, up to 10% may be required.
