Our client is a leading musculoskeletal solutions company and is driving significant technological advancements across a complete suite of products is looking for an Treasury Manager. Location: Audubon, PA Position Type: Full-Time/Perm Schedule: Onsite 4-5 Days Per Week Position Summary: • The Treasury Manager is responsible for the Company's treasury functions, including, but limited to, managing liquidity for each legal entity, providing internal management cash reporting, ensuring debt covenant compliance, forecasting cash inflows/outflows, and managing the investment portfolios. • This individual works with the finance and other internal departments to ensure the smooth operation the company in an efficient and cost-effective method. Essential Functions: • Manages the cash liquidity levels for each legal entity across the Company's international footprint, ensuring adequate funds are available to maintain smooth operations globally • Assists with the daily, weekly, and ad-hoc internal treasury reporting • Maintains debt covenant compliance, and assists in the preparation of required reporting in connection with the Company's borrowing agreements • Assists in the preparation of cash inflow/outflow and ending position forecasting, used to inform senior management's strategic business decisions • Manages the Company's investment portfolios, working with our investment partners to ensure strategy delivers yield, minimizes risk, and ensures liquidity is available when necessary • Measures the Company's foreign currency fluctuation risk, and analyzes and recommends hedging strategies • Reviews and manages bank compliance with respect to authorized users, board resolutions, and credit • Develops and maintains strong business relationships with the Company's banking and investing partners • Effectively communicates with management and the finance department • Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies. Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role • Represents the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties Qualifications: • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field • 5+ years of progressive experience in treasury • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Attention to detail • Self-starter • Advanced critical thinking and problems-solving skills • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products Salary: $135,000
