Nuuly Associate Analyst

Role Summary: Nuuly is looking for a passionate, curious, and creative individual to join the Nuuly Analytics team as a Digital Analytics Associate Analyst. In this role, you will not only dive deep into the 'why' behind the data, but also think critically and creatively about the customers experience and journey. Your ability to generate insightful hypotheses, backed by both intuition and data, will be crucial in driving Nuuly's fast-paced business forward. Being able to understand and empathize with our customers, paired with analytical skills, will enable you to provide valuable insights that enhance our user experience and marketing strategies. Role Responsibilities: Create reports in Google Analytics, Looker/Looker Studio, and via Google BigQuery (SQL) to provide insights and recommendations to various stakeholders Analyze ad hoc requests from teams like creative, web merchandising, and marketing Be a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, transforming data into compelling storytelling Assist in the strategy, setup, and analysis of on-site A/B testing to optimize site experiences and business outcomes Analyze the performance of new site and business features, assessing their impact on customer experience and business metrics. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital analytics, fashion, and rental industries #LI-AZ1 Role Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline, or 0-2 years hands-on experience in a quantitative role A curious mindset with a strong desire to learn and dig deep into data to understand user behavior A passion for making data-driven decisions and familiar with basic statistical concepts Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt quickly Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (proficient) Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides (proficient) Experience with any of the following is a plus, but not required: SQL/BigQuery Google Analytics: (Universal, GA4) Data visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Looker Studio, Tableau) The Perks: URBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
