We continue growing and seek a highly skilled and experienced Geotechnical Engineer to join our dynamic team in La Habra. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in geotechnical engineering, a strong understanding of local regulations, and a GE license in the state of California. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct geotechnical investigations, including soil sampling, analysis, and reporting. - Design and implement foundation systems, earth structures, and other geotechnical solutions. - Perform site assessments and provide recommendations for construction projects. - Prepare and review technical reports, including geotechnical assessments, design calculations, and specifications. - Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other engineers to develop cost-effective and safe solutions. - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards such as DSA city/county. - Provide technical support during construction, including site inspections and problem-solving. - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. - GE license in the state of California is mandatory. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in geotechnical engineering. - Proficiency in geotechnical software and modeling tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. - Have ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at the same time. - Must be self-motivated and able to work independently **Benefits:** - Competitive salary within the range of $120,000 - $170,000 per year. - Health insurance. - Paid time off - Professional development opportunities. - Supportive and collaborative work environment.
