Position Description : Integration Engineering SME PM PNT Looking for an Integration Engineering SME PM PNT opportunity at a place you can make an impact every day? This Serco position supports the PM PNTs product support services requirement for logistics engineering support services, installation, and repair, and field support (e.g., training, new equipment fielding, and property support; and Field Service Representatives, etc.) for new or existing hardware and software products. You will be part of a team that collaborates closely with the customer and other team members to deliver quality support. In this role you will: Lead designs, development, and integration of complex electrical/electronic engineering projects, including, but not limited to integration and installation of systems into host platforms and clients Lead resolutions of systemic issues, testing, or measurements within a DoD environment Review and approve engineering documentation Serve as lead engineering representative for the ALTNAV Program Obsolescence Management Working Group and other collaborative groups Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will have: Masters from an accredited academic institution in Electrical Engineering, or related engineering field 15+ years experience designing, developing, and integrating electrical and or electronic systems related to the job description stated above. 10+ years experience as an engineer within the DoD environment Experience with integrating and installing systems into host platforms Experience with Obsolescence Management. Experience communicating with senior leaders Familiarity with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) Familiarity with Army Field Support Brigade (AFSB) and Supply Support Activity (SSA) organizations. Must have a current and active DoD Secret Level Security Clearance. Must have reliable transportation to the customer site. Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time. Desired Requirements: Military Educational Level (MEL) 4, Command and General Staff College (CGSC) or Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) equivalent. Current Professional Engineering (PE) certification.
