EXPRESS MAINTENANCE ADVISOR Job Summary As a Express Maintenance Service Advisor, you will be a very important part of the customer experience in the express service lane. You are the first point of contact with our customers and will be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, and customer service. From greeting vehicle owners in the express lane to explaining the maintenance repair process, our Express Maintenance Service Advisors are true professionals who enjoy helping others in a friendly fast-paced environment. We welcome individuals who are new to the automotive industry but with previous roles in customer service, retail sales, restaurant industry or hospitality. Responsibilities Oversee flow of Express Maintenance Lane. Ensure that all customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service. Ensure that every customer is properly greeted and understands what to expect out of their visit. Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, to assure the customer receives the highest level of service. The Express Maintenance Service Advisor is the expert at the maintenance of a customer's car. The advisor will: Perform maintenance that the customer requests. Present any additional services recommended by the manufacturer. Help identify the benefits and value of proper maintenance. Present estimates for customer approval. Efficiently distribute tasks and work to ensure efficient use of time. Other tasks as requested from a supervisor or manager. REQUIREMENTS: Organized and friendly personality. Demonstrated ability to manage others. Time management skills, including dependability and reliability. Good verbal and written communication skills. Professional, well-groomed personal appearance. High degree of personal and professional accountability. Possess an acceptable driving record and current valid driver's license. (Interested candidates must meet insurability standards set by our insurer.) Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check.
