Position Responsibilities: • Responsible for PMO (project management office). Monitoring/tracking of PIPELINE initiatives. • Support the VP of Facilities and Resource Management in developing and implementing programs that promote achievement of productivity standards in accordance with organizational initiatives. • PMO responsibility for Medical Management (LOS & Resource Utilization). • Provides overall Pharmacy Analytical Support on Medical Use Management Initiatives. • Responsible for focusing on the identification, assessment and implementation of labor management and redesign initiatives. • Serves as the primary resource for hospital wide productivity/cost reduction projects. • Develops monitoring tools. • Evaluates and recommend financial and IT systems to improve the management of labor costs, including nurse scheduling and other time management systems. Qualifications: Requires at least a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, or related and five years of progressive experience as Project Manager, Process Improvement Specialist/Coordinator, or related OR a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, or related and two years of experience as Project Manager, Process Improvement Specialist/Coordinator or related. Must possess experience with operational healthcare project management in quality control, supply chain and labor areas; expense and revenue management; applying analytics and statistical analysis to healthcare operations; process improvements methodologies and tools (lean and six sigma), process mapping, root cause analysis; ability to perform data analysis, reconciliation, and dashboard creation using Advanced Excel, Tableau, SQL, and Minitab. Wages, Terms & Conditions: • $ 127,000 per year; 40 hours/week; 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. Job in Miami Beach, Florida.
