Regional Wellness Specialist RN

The Regional Wellness Specialist-RN- is a regional support position to the Regional Director of Health and Wellness, assisting in overseeing everything nursing in a region of communities ranging in size in assisted living and memory care. You'll also be expected to participate in company initiatives, and regulatory compliance and contribute to the overall culture of shared accountability. What Cascade Living look for in a Regional Wellness Specialist-RN: Completion of certified nursing program An active and unencumbered registered nursing license in the state of Oregon Experience of 5 years or more in the care of senior adults and adults with cognitive decline Previous supervisory and/or management experience in long-term care or community-based setting Compassionate individuals who will represent our company in a positive and professional manner Available and on call for emergencies day and night for assigned communities.
