Reporting to the Brand Development Manager, the Marketing Analyst is responsible for analyzing and measuring brand performance, equity, and perception in the market. This role involves collecting and interpreting data to provide insights that drive brand strategy and marketing initiatives. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform brand positioning. The Marketing Analyst will collaborate with marketing, product development, and sales teams to integrate brand insights into business strategies. The Marketing Analyst is also responsible for enhancing the marketing budgeting process, sales deck development, as well as data retention and analysis. Every member of the Wis-Pak Brand Team is a salesperson for our brands and the company. Therefore, the Marketing Analyst must be focused on the Wis-Pak Brands with profitable growth through the sale and efficient distribution of our refreshing beverages, superior customer service and innovative customer focused marketing programs. The Marketing Analyst must also be focused on the development of the Wis-Pak Brands assuring the long-term success of the Shareholders by developing a wholly-owned, nationally recognized and distributed beverage brands which enhance existing product portfolios. REQUIREMENTS 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. 2. Ability to illustrate a strong understanding of the soft drink business and its relationships with its customers and franchisers. 3. 2+ years of experience in brand management, market research, or a related analytical role. 4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to work across departments 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills are needed as demonstrated by previous work experience. The position requires an individual who will "dig" into issues and follow through until resolution. 7. Ability to work independently and in team environments. 8. Strong attention to detail with excellent follow through. 9. A high level of personal computer knowledge is required for this position. A strong working knowledge of software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 10. Familiarity with brand equity measurement frameworks and methodologies is a plus.
