Key Responsibilities Commercial Responsibility: Lead a team of dedicated salespeople and ensure revenue targets are in alignment with company growth targets. Lead the team to successfully deliver on those targets. Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of revenue hunters. Leverage your experience and knowledge to raise the bar on the sales team performance. Your leadership will be the driving force behind our success. Industry Insights: Develop industry and customer insights while leveraging existing relationships to fuel growth. Requirements Must Haves Industry Experience: Specific experience with either Promotional Products or selling services in the Automotive industry Hands-On Commercial Experience: Proven track record in sales and business development. Proven expertise in managing a sales team and consistently delivering measurable improvements in results. Location: Must be based in Greater Detroit area.
