Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel. Communicate effectively with clients and provide top-notch legal advice. Uphold the highest ethical standards in all aspects of your work. Position Skills: 2-5 years of civil litigation experience, licensed in Missouri and Kansas. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
