Shift Worked: 9:00AM - 5:00PM (Mon - Fri) Weekly Hours: 37.5 FLSA Status: Exempt Pay range: $150,000 - $175,000 Constructive Partnerships (CP) Unlimited is a leading non-profit provider of residential, day habilitation, Article 16, and clinical health services and supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout New York City, Nassau County, and Hudson Valley. This is a time of growth at CP Unlimited, and we have expanded our constituency to include housing migrants at a Sanctuary Site in Brooklyn and exploring other Supportive Housing. We are seeking a talented Lead Clinical Psychologist committed to providing culturally competent care to join our team. Reporting to the Chief Program Officer, the Lead Clinical Psychologist will provide clinical leadership to Psychotherapists and Behavior Intervention Specialists (BIS) in compliance with all applicable organizational policies and procedures, contracts and accreditation standards. Some specific duties, include, but are not limited to: Providing clinical supervision to Psychotherapists and Behavior Intervention Specialists Overseeing psychodiagnostics assessments for people supported Serving as consultant to the multidisciplinary treatment teams across the continuum Providing crisis intervention plans and resources Promoting quality and safe care for persons supported and staff by enforcing policies, procedures and standards Ensuring internal quality assurance, compliance with all regulatory requirements and quality performance on all internal and external evaluations including OPW/ DQI audits. Participating in committees and in team meetings with relevant stakeholders Ensuring on-going education, professional development and in-service activities for all staff Requirements A valid license as a Psychologist issued by the New York State Department of Education; and a doctoral degree in Psychology (PhD or Psy.D). NYS Licensure and registration is required for continued employment. A minimum of 3 years of employment or practicum experience working with I/DD (intellectual and developmental disabilities) field of which 1 year must be in a supervisory capacity as a licensed Psychologist. Must be results oriented and able to meet project deliverable timelines. Effective oral, written communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient IT skills including use of electronic medical records systems and software skills.
