Honor is expanding into the Reno area! Please note that we will begin servicing clients in the area in early November and are hiring Care Professionals now. If you are hired before early November, we will reach out to you once clients are available and you will be able to see your client matches in our Care Pro smart phone App! What is Honor? Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties. Provide personal care services, including assistance with grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence. Requirements Must have a minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN Have a valid driver's license Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply) Complete any compliance, license, or registration required by federal, state, or local regulations Use the Honor Care Pro App and must have a device that supports the most up to date version of iOS or Android Schedule Requirements: Work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) Maintain accurate availability and accept visits within your availability and staffing preferences For Care Pros working full time (30+) hours, work at least one weekend or evening shift per week Provide advanced notice (2 weeks) for scheduled changes or planned time off] Physical Job Requirements: Honor Care Pros provide non-medical services and assistance to Clients who, because of advanced age and/or physical disabilities, cannot perform these tasks. Such things as bathing, dressing and transferring clients are sometimes essential tasks in any given visit.
