This role requires a candidate with a stable work history, HVAC field experience, or relevant construction management or mechanical engineering education.Key ResponsibilitiesAssisted in sales, estimating, and managing tenant improvement (TI) HVAC projects, ensuring they were completed on time and within budget.Oversee and manage multiple smaller projects simultaneously, typically ranging from $100,000 to $500,000, with a maximum value of $1.5 million.Collaborate with clients and internal teams to provide accurate estimates, manage project schedules, and ensure high-quality project delivery.Utilize Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and other project management tools to develop and maintain project timelines and budgets.Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.Participate in business development activities by supporting sales and cultivating new client relationships.QualificationsPrior hands-on field experience in HVAC service or construction is highly desirable.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is a plus.2-3 years of project management experience overseeing commercial HVAC projects under $1.5 million.Proficiency in Bluebeam and Microsoft Project is required.Experience working for large commercial mechanical mercial project experience, including hospitals, schools, airports, high-rises, hotels, and arenas, is preferred.Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Local candidates with a stable work history in the San Diego area are preferred.
