Must have:Excellent communication and coordination skillsAn analytical mindsetProactive problem-solving skills and attention to detailadvanced troubleshootingConducted preventative maintenancecoordinate work across multiple disciplinesExperience with HVAC systemsNice to have:Project CoordinationResource Scheduling General Job Description:Experienced maintenance planner or other relative experience to: Assist with doing all the initial IQ OQ checks to ensure that equipment is installed as required and all devices are installed in the proper orientation, Assist with checking all mechanical aspects of the equipment (Alignment, torque tests, guards in place, free moving parts), Assist with developing and documenting centerlines, Assist with developing AM PM Plans and documentation (Maintenance Plans), Assist with developing CIL's, Assist with developing re-build instructions for equipment, Full understanding of LOTO (Lockout Tagout) requirements and working around energized equipment, Understanding of production, packaging and conveying systems. Strong mechanical aptitude and or engineering degreeexperience.
