PlannerScheduler IIIContract Duration: Until November 10, 2025 (high possibility of extension)Locations: Candidates may be considered from the following locations:Middletown, PA (17057)Waltham, MA (02451)Duluth, MN (55802)Houston, TX (77079)Work Arrangement: This is a hybrid role, requiring candidates to be onsite three days a week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday).Primary Focus:The Project Scheduler is responsible for developing, detailing, expanding, and maintaining owner-side project schedules for multiple projects. These projects are characterized by significant complexity, often spanning multiple years and involving regulatory considerations. Schedule planning and development will be conducted in collaboration with project stakeholders, leveraging expertise in logic and sequencing.Key Responsibilities:Provide logistics and scheduling technical support, managing project schedules for internal client groups engaged in planning, procurement, development, construction, and maintenance activities.Ensure adherence to enterprise scheduling standards in the development and implementation of schedules, including maintaining current Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).Update and revise baseline and forecast schedules as projects progress through various stages, incorporating physical percent completion data, change management, and stakeholder terface with project staff and stakeholders to gather necessary information for effective schedule management, including budget loading activities to establish performance measurement baselines.Analyze scheduled activities and communicate risks and trends to the Project Manager, ensuring resource requirements are integrated during planning and throughout the project lifecycle.Manage and report on schedule performance variances and indicators, working closely with the Project Cost Controller for accurate cost and schedule integration.Provide technical advice on scheduling, planning, and logistics, including the development of detailed "what-if" scenarios to communicate options and identify critical path elements.Represent the department by coordinating internal projects and external activities with customers, partners, and consultants.Prepare reports, schedules, and updates related to project scheduling and planning as required.Scope of Role:This position impacts assigned projects and involves interaction with project teams and external stakeholders.Recommendations made are subject to review for accuracy.Reports directly to the Supervisor of Project Controls.Working Conditions:Office environment with occasional overnight business or field trips.Timely production of required reports and cost data is expected.Occasional travel to field worksite locations may require Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Technical college diploma or university degree in a related field.Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years in planningscheduling within the midstream oil and gas industry, preferably in facilities scope.Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6.Experience in planningscheduling multi-million dollar, complex projects.Specialized expertise in project planning and scheduling.Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently as a senior logisticsscheduling professional.Capability to manage and prioritize workload in a dynamic environment and resolve issues promptly.Strong relationship-building skills with project staff and company leadership.Proficient in earned value management analysis and reporting.Ability to articulate complex schedule data effectively to both technical and non-technical petence in making decisions within established guidelines.Note:Candidates must include relevant experience in the following areas on the first page of their resume:Developing a master scheduleIntegrating contractor schedules into the master scheduleEarned Value ManagementExperience in construction contractor schedule performance analysisBudget-loading and resource-loading of the master schedule for planned value and progress reporting
