Senior Platform Developer

Required Skills & Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in technical analysis or similar roles, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.Proven ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud-based environments, particularly Microsoft Azure.Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.Experience working with automation tools like PowerShell or Azure CLI for system management and optimization.Experience with data analysis and reporting tools within Dynamics 365, including Power BI, to support business decision-making.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex system and performance issues.Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams, including developers, IT, and business stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate or Dynamics 365 Fundamentals.Experience in managing large-scale Dynamics 365 implementations and upgrades.Familiarity with database management and performance optimization, especially in a cloud environment.Experience working in regulated industries or public sector environments, with a focus on compliance standards such as HIPAA and GDPR.
