Job Title : Desktop TechnicianLocation : San Diego, CA 92123 (onsite)Type : Contract Responsibilities:â— Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Office 365â— Image and install software on Windows, and Apple laptopsdesktopsâ— Troubleshoot post deployment issues on multiple computer platforms: Windows, Macintosh and mobile devicesâ— Knowledge of network configurations: LAN, WAN, Wireless, VPN, and VLANâ— Identify and resolve hardware and software application conflictsâ— Open and close service requests, as well as manage the classification, assignment, tracking, and completion of requests or incidentsâ— Responsible for asset tagging and entering all incoming equipment into our asset management systemâ— Collaborate with cross functional teams to properly onboard incoming new hiresâ— Ensure that hardware is properly assigned and updated into our management systemâ— Provide weekly reports on physical inventory counts as well as record weekly outflows of hardware equipmentâ— Work with external Suppliers to schedule repairs for damagedmalfunctioning hardwareâ— Ensure that resolutions are consistent with company standards and policiesMust be available for 247 on-call support Requirements:â— Prefer 10 years IT experience, including technical training, providing white glove service to Executive customers of VP and aboveâ— Minimum 4 years of Office 365 experience, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the O365 suiteâ— Knowledge of Windows and Macintosh platforms, (including portables) and Microsoft Office suite of applicationsâ— Experience with imaging windows 10 OS.â— Familiar with basic network concepts ( e.g., TCP IP, Windows Networking, Ethernet)â— Experience in using PC-based word processing, presentation, and e-mail software preferredâ— Experience with using PC-based spreadsheet software sufficient to develop formulas, complete calculations across multiple worksheets, and use functions preferredâ— Ability and willingness to work extended hours or a modified schedule to support planned activities or emergency situationsâ— Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skillsâ— Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks among many competing requestsâ— Experience working in or supporting a call center or help desk environmentâ— MCP, A+ Certifications, andor knowledge of UNIX systems is a plusâ— Aptitude for learningâ— Excellent oral and written communication skillsâ— Ability to work in teams and in a team environmentâ— Ability to work in a fast paced and high expectations environment while remaining calm and professional Thanks,Nutan ChoudharyRaas InfotekNewark, DE 19702Phone 3024496700 Ext-124Email:
