Our client, a financial services firm, is seeking a temporary recruiting coordinator to join their NYC team! This person will provide administrative support to the recruiting team and will assist with all responsibilities related to recruitment processes. This is an ongoinglong term temp assignment with potential to later convert to perm for the right fit. Location: Midtown Hours: 9am - 6pm *Hybrid ScheduleResponsibilities:Manage a high volume of candidate schedulingProvide a positive candidate experience Manage candidate travel booking, itineraries, and expense reimbursementsLead coordination for searchesSupport recruiters in candidate pipeline movement, collecting feedback and managing next stepsManage the full recruiting process in recruiting databaseCoordinate position specifications, scorecards, data entry, status updates, interviewer feedback, etc.Pull weekly recruiting reportsProvide additional recruiting administrative supportManage recruiting email boxCoordinate and execute events Additional tasks as assigned Qualifications:Bachelor's degree 1-5 years of relevant administrative or HR experienceExceptional organizational skills and high attention to detailAbility to work alongside a teamStrong communication skillsPlease submit your resume for immediate consideration.You can use to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose.
