Together we champion creativity and build thoughtful experiences and content that solve business problems and bring brands to life.We are seeking a Senior Experiential Producer to join our team. You will be leading experiential projects with budget management, vendor management and coordination, production research, and production insights and expertise. You should be more than comfortable presenting to and interacting with clients, and managing and mentoring junior staff. The role will be responsible for thoroughly vetting all creative concepts in the pitch process for new business, drafting budgets based on industry pricing and vendor estimates, compiling production considerations to share with clients on all creative concepts, and drafting initial project timelines. You should see possibilities in the production plan where others may see roadblocks, and should be a natural collaborator who brings teams together to find solutions and elevate ideas. Additionally, you should positively contribute to making Invisible North's culture the envy of the industry; where great people with great energy make great work, every day.While our main office is located in DUMBO Brooklyn, we work as a distributed team with members reaching from Maine to LA, and everywhere in between. This position is contracted on an initial three-month freelance basis with the opportunity to become full-time. Full-time salary will range from $115K-$135K commensurate with experience. Three-month project fee will be determined based on salary. Roles + Responsibilities Report to Production Leadership on overall project statusWork collaboratively with project teams, design department, hired contractors, and on-site event & production staffThink strategically and proactively about client goals, event formats, and program structuresUtilize Invisible North's project management & communication toolsManage & evaluate external vendors with agency and clients' needs in mindEnsure event technical, logistical, & AV needs are properly managedWork with team to create all necessary production documents (project tracker, ROS, cue sheets, backstage flow & directions, scripting, etc.)Develop and maintain production budgetsOversee multiple projects simultaneously in various stages of developmentCoordinate with legal and finance teams in order to make sure productions are within legal guardrails, finance policies, and budget managementSkills + Qualifications 5 - 7 years of industry experience, with B2C and B2B experience and experience executing at conferences and festivals (e.g. Coachella, CES, Art Basel, SXSW, Adweek)2+ years of agency experienceAbility to successfully work remotely during ET hours or from our DUMBO office, with preference for New York based producers if the position moves to full timePassion for lifestyle, theater, music, pop culture, and emerging technologyBe organized, creative, outgoing, solutions-oriented, and have a great work ethic and attitudeWork well in a fast-paced environment while managing a team; ability to work efficiently and be available remotely and onsite for activationsAble to find ways to be flexible in order to execute programs alongside a teamPrevious work leading the execution of small-to-large-scale productions.
