Senior Director of Operations

QLM Search is recruiting a VP Operations for a specialist Ingredients and Flavor group supporting the Food, Beverage and healthnutrition sector. Reporting to the CEO this role forms part of the senior leadership team responsible for driving best in class operational performance across the business unit.Key responsibilities include:· Provide leadership and planning for the division improving national operations and services· Lead and guide the operational remit of the business unit strategicoperational plans· Manage and develop all site operations procedures (multi site x2)· Driving the simplification of processes through standardization, technology and innovation, and the implementation of methodologies for the unitCandidates must have come from a B2B IngredientsFlavor background and a manufacturing and Operations background where you have managed all areas including Manufacturing and Engineering and H&S. This business is smaller, but growing fast, therefore someone with experience of supporting a high growth business and its CEO would be beneficial. You will have implemented enhanced standard operating procedures processes and methodologies and must have the ability to lead and motivate a team, combined with a strategic approach to implementing change to drive operating performance.
