Job Title: Project Manager - Oracle Fusion Finance ImplementationLocation: Hybrid (Trinity Ave SW, 5th Floor, Atlanta, GA 30303)Position Overview:Join a multiyear engagement with a 24+ month implementation program and post-production stabilization for Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP Finance modules. We are seeking an Atlanta-based candidate who has a strong foundation in Oracle ERP, with hands-on experience in Oracle Finance, progressing into a project management lead role.Key Responsibilities:Program Coordination: Oversee the coordination of large-scale programs and multiple complex delivery projects.Leadership: Provide direction for major projects, initiatives, and large project teams.Project Scope Management: Lead efforts in defining the Business Case, Operating Model, and cost model.Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with finance teams, IT departments, and external consultants to ensure alignment and collaboration.Planning: Develop comprehensive program and project plans, detailing resources, deliverables, and timelines.Implementation Oversight: Accountable for delivering the initiative plan from conception to implementation.Transformation Programs: Shape and lead programs that translate business diagnostics into transformation initiatives and system integration projects.Problem-Solving: Guide teams to address challenges efficiently, leveraging insights from prior implementations.Thought Leadership: Articulate points of view and provide leadership to client executives.Value Creation: Identify and prioritize opportunities for value creation based on client assessments and needs.Customization and Configuration:Oversee customization and configuration of the Finance module to align with organizational needs.Ensure proper configuration of financial processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.Testing and Quality Assurance:Develop and execute test plans to validate Finance module functionality.Address and resolve issues or bugs identified during testing.Training and Support:Coordinate training sessions for end-users to facilitate system adoption.Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting post-implementation.Change Management:Manage change processes to ensure smooth transitions from legacy systems to the new ERP municate effectively with stakeholders regarding progress and changes.Performance Monitoring:Monitor Finance module performance to ensure optimal functionality.Implement improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.Reporting and Compliance:Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.Generate and analyze financial reports for decision-making support.Skills and Qualifications:Project Management: Strong skills in methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.ERP Expertise: 10-15 years of Oracle ERP experience, with at least 5 years focused on Oracle Fusion implementation in Finance and SCM.Financial Acumen: Knowledge of financial processes and accounting munication Skills: Effective communication with all stakeholder levels, from technical teams to executive management.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to tackle challenges and optimize system performance.Tools and Resources:Oracle Cloud Fusion Documentation: Utilize Oracle's official resources for guidance and best practices.Project Management Software: Experience with tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, or Quality Center (ALM).Training Materials: Leverage Oracle training resources and certifications for team proficiency.
