Compass Healthcare Consulting & Placement is conducting a search for a Senior Executive Assistant to CEO for a Corporate Healthcare Organization with an office in Riverdale, Bronx, NY. Qualified candidates will have a strong background in professional corporate environments with the ability to seamlessly complete calendar, messaging, event coordination, administrative tasks, project management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Must have professional administrative and clerical skills, ability to create and present presentations in front of large groups of people and proven abilities to support the CEO in such tasks even in their absence. Background in corporate or health care setting preferred, superior computer skills, preferred.Senior Executive Assistant to CEOThe ideal candidate will have a genuine understanding of professional corporate business administration operations, a strong background in Executive Administration & Operation workflows, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to follow through on multiple projects, calendar management, coordination of meetings and events, tracking of schedules, creating PowerPoint Presentations and the ability to give Company presentations in the CEO's absence.Some Responsibilities:Serve as the main point of contact for the CEO - calendar management, project updates, managing expectations and maintaining strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.Identify areas for administrative improvement and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and performance.Ability to manage assigned projects from inception to completionCreating PowerPoint Presentations, Delivering Presentations to groups of peopleAbility to compose and transcribe comprehensive notes, plans, objectives and step by step processesAdditional responsibilities as assignedQualifications:Travel may be required for business purposes. If so, the employee must have a valid Driver's license issued by the state in which they work and a satisfactory driving record.A minimum of four years in a corporate or health care environment with Senior Executive Assistant responsibilities preferred.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Superior customer service skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Excellent critical thinking skills.Tech Savvy, Proficiency with Microsoft Visio, Project, Excel, Word and standard computer programs requiredExcellent organizational and time-management skills.Excellent planning and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in-office located in Riverdale, NY, some travel may be requiredCompetitive Salary $95,000 - $118,000 DOE, plus excellent Benefits!Qualified Candidates Please Apply Now for Immediate Consideration!
