The PMO Analyst is responsible for providing project management support and analysis to ensure the successful delivery of projects within the organization. The PMO Analyst works closely with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to monitor project progress, identify, and mitigate risks, and optimize project performance. The Finance SAP Project User is responsible for testing and validating the functionality of SAP systems and applications within the organization. The Finance SAP Project User works closely with the IT team, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts to ensure the quality and reliability of SAP-related solutions.Main Responsibilities Collaborate with the finance team and subject matter experts to understand and document business requirements and ensure the SAP system is configured to meet thoseParticipate in the design and implementation of new SAP financial features orProvide support to other finance users on the effective use of SAP for financialIdentifyand report any issues or errors within the SAP financial modules, and work with the Project team to resolveAssistin the implementation and rollout of new SAP financial features orServeas a point of contact for finance-related SAP inquiries andExecutecomprehensive test cases to validate the functionality of SAP financial modules, configurations, andPerformvarious types of testing, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing on SAP financialIdentify,document, and track defects and issues found during testing, and work with the IT and development teams to resolveServeas a liaison between the subject matter experts and the IT department, effectively communicating testing results andSupporton developing training materials and sessions to finance end-users on the proper use of SAP financialPosition RequirementsBachelor'sdegree in business, finance,3-5years of experience in a project management or business analysisThoroughunderstanding of financial accounting principles andProficiencyin using SAP financial modules, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and assetFamiliaritywith SAP reporting and business intelligenceStronganalytical and problem-solvingExcellentcommunication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functionalExperience in providing end-user training and support isNice to Have SkillsProject management experienceStrong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, andProficiencyin project management software [e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence].Hours of Operation: M-F, 8-5PMHybrid Work: 3 days per week required in Columbus, OhioHybrid schedule (3 days in office & 2 days WFH)
