1. The Senior Business Analyst shall have at least five (5) years of Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) experience within the last ten (10) years.2. This experience shall include gathering requirements, producing design specifications, creating requirements specifications, wireframes, data maps and testing.3. The Senior Business Analyst shall be skilled in converting business requirements into technical and functional specifications.4. These solutions shall have a minimum value of $1 million.5. The Senior Business Analyst shall have a minimum of two (2) years of experience within the last ten (10) years in evaluating and documenting business processes and migration activities related to technology solutions with a minimum value of $1 million.6.The SBA shall have at least two (2) years of experience within the last five (5) years with the technology to be implemented in the MODS solution.7. The Senior Business Analyst shall have at least five (5) years of experience within the last ten (10) years in developing test cases, executing test and validation plans for modern enterprise technology solutions.8.The Senior Business Analyst shall have at least two (2) years' experience within the last ten (10) years in developing and leading training program(s) for software implementation projects.9. The Senior Business Analyst shall have at least five (5) years of experience within the last ten (10) years in designing and creating user guides, training materials, and FAQs required for a project.10.The SBA shall have a minimum of two (2) additional years of FTE experience within the last ten (10) years of gathering requirements, producing design specifications, creating requirements specifications, wireframes, data maps, and testing.11. The SBA shall be skilled in converting business requirements to technical and functional specifications for implementing enterprise technology solutions with a minimum value of $1M.12. The SBA shall have a minimum of two (2) years of experience within the last five (5) years specifically involving GIS components.13. The SBA shall have a minimum of two (2) additional years of experience within the last five (5) years of developing test cases, executing test and validation plans for technology solutions that include GIS and relational database components.14.The SBA shall have a minimum of two (2) additional years of experience within the last ten (10) years of developing and leading training program(s) for software implementation projects.15. The SBA shall have a minimum of two (2) additional years of experience within the last ten (10) years of designing and creating user guides as well as training materials and FAQs needed for a project.
