Based in Boston's South End, our showroom features endless design inspiration and is home to our tight-knit team.We're seeking a collaborative and driven Marketing Associate with an appreciation for design. Our ideal candidate is both creative and analytical "” someone who is keeping an eye on what's trending and what our customers are interested in, and then wants to evaluate the data to see what's working and what should change. More than anything, we're looking for someone who is excited to learn new skills, get creative, and not afraid to take initiative. This role reports to the Director of Marketing, and will collaborate closely with the rest of the team. This position is on premise and located at our showroom in Boston's South End.ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute email, social media, and paid ad campaigns that increase brand loyalty and awarenessDevelop and monitor campaign budgetsMeasure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, to assess against goals and identify trends and insightsDesign digital and print marketing collateralIdentify trends within the design industry and beyondBrainstorm new and creative growth strategiesCollaborate with internal teams to create content, promotional materials, and moreHelp create a consistent brand and user experience across all channelsCollaborate with agencies and other vendor partnersRequirements and skillsBachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or related field1 year or more of marketing experienceStrong written and verbal communication skills, with an affinity for copywritingExperience creating and managing social media campaigns and our overall social presenceProficiency in the Adobe suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)Working knowledge of web design principles and best practicesDemonstrated ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategiesFamiliarity with analytical tools, such as Google AnalyticsUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketingNot necessary but if you possess the following skill sets or attributes, we want to hear about it:Familiarity with the furniture industryCustomer service experienceFamiliarity with Klaviyo, Later, BigCommerce, or AcumaticaExperience with photography and stylingWe have a soft spot for Dutch but any additional languages to English are always of interestCompensation + Benefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experience Paid time offHealth, vision, and dental insurance401(K) retirement benefits with company matchHealth Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) availableEmployee discountYearly furniture creditLekker Home is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, seeking to create a welcoming and diverse environment.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.Lekker Home does not currently provide opportunities for relocation or sponsor applicants for work visas.
